I am not a vitamin expert, but I have recently began taking a daily vitamin. I have been working out at the gym and changing my eating habits for the last 6 months, but I became discouraged when the weight stopped coming off and my energy level actually decreased. About two weeks ago I joined Weight Watchers, which has been great! I have been loosing two pounds a week on average since beginning the program. However, I do feel my recent intake of vitamins has a large part in my current success.
So what's up with vitamins anyway? There are so many different brands, a vitamin for this and a vitamin for that, and it all seems a bit confusing. But this is what I have found - simple - simplicity is key when picking a vitamin.
For instance,.fish oil supplements, maybe you haven't heard this one in awhile? I think it may have a bad imagine, you know, an old black and white movie with a mother in an apron giving a spoon full of a really gross tasting fish oil. Maybe it won't ever taste good, nevertheless good for you. Beauty is pain, right? Okay, if you really cannot stand this then nothing beats vitamins in pill form for the same great benefits.
My personal daily supplement is a woman's daily vitamin. I take it twice daily, usually at lunch and dinner. And I love it! I simply - simplicity - feel good inside and out! I also try to use a detox supplement every few months to rid my body of any toxins.
Please check out this site, it's new and has some really awesome supplements! http://www.ovitaminpro.com/more-great-brands-integrative-therapeutics.html
Happy vitamin hunting!
